“Passengers using the metro and buses in Baku and Absheron can easily pay for their tickets without a physical card. To do this, simply create a QR ticket in the Birbank mobile application. The ticket can be used within 30 minutes from the moment of creation. The amount paid for unused tickets is returned to the customer’s account within 3 to 30 days.
The possibility of creating a QR ticket is implemented through the API provided by “BakiKart”. Due to a problem in the system, the client’s balance was debited on August 31, but the ticket could not be used.
“BakiKart” quickly fixed the technical error in the system, and now the payment and use of the ticket are carried out successfully. The amount paid for the unused ticket will be returned to the customer’s account within 3 to 30 days,” the statement said.
