A request for international justice – four obvious claims to Moscow
The President of Azerbaijan emphasized that the country’s general prosecutor made official requests to the head of the Russian Research Committee, receiving only a general answer that “an investigation is taking place.” Aliyev called this position “counterproductive” and confirmed the intention of his country to claim international justice.

Aliyev quoted four basic requirements of Azerbaijan:
-
Admission to Russia’s guilt,
-
Judicial persecution of the responsible,
-
Payment for damage to the families of victims,
-
Compensation for damage to the azalu.
