Balash Gasimov was born in 1978 in Baku. He graduated from Namig Akhundov Secondary School No. 1 and Habib Bey Mahmudbeyov Secondary School of Technical and Humanitarian Sciences. He received his higher education at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance.
