Deputy Chairman of the DPR RI Legislation Agency (Baleg) Martin Manurung regretted the negative story of Podcast, one of the media related to the provisions of cooperatives in the management of minerals and coal (minerals). He considered the story transferred by Tendentious.

“We are very sorry that the stories made during the podcast event tend to be tendentious and not based on data,” Martin said in his statement Friday (4/4/2025).

The legislator of the Factation of the Nasdem party emphasized that the regulation of mineral management was regulated by cooperatives long before accepting the new Minerba Act. He said that the provisions of the cooperative when managing the miners in legislation number 3 of 2020.
