The chairman of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, ordered the opening of a criminal case into the attack by a migrant on a medical team in Moscow. This was reported by the department’s press service.
“The head of the department instructed the head of the Main Investigation Department (GID) of the Investigative Committee of Russia in Moscow Andrei Strizhov initiate a criminal case and present a report on the established circumstances”, – the message said.
According to investigators, a team of doctors arrived in one of the capital’s districts to see a 24-year-old newcomer.
“During the examination, the young man behaved inappropriately and attacked the doctors, and during the subsequent arrest by law enforcement officers he tried to resist.” – explained the press service.
Currently, a procedural control is being carried out on this fact based on the indications of crime provided for in art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism).
