Begoña Gomez appealed the judge’s latest decisions Juan Carlos Peinado and reported that “we are dealing with simple interested speculations who have reasons unrelated to the cause, who should not be allowed by the Court“.
In this case, the wife of the President of the Government refers to the latest decisions of Peinado in which he requested documentation for sponsors of the chair (Seguros Reale and La Caixa Foundation) and the Complutense University of Madrid on list of master participants.
In the appeal that LaSexta had access to, Gómez’s defense argues that Peinado should wait for the Madrid court to define the procedure before continuing to accept the procedure.
He also insists that the documents requested by Peinado, has “nothing to do with the subject of this procedure”and that the facts investigated have already “been dismissed by the Provincial Court and by the two reports of the UCO of the Civil Guard.”
Thus, the defense of the President of the Government denounces that “we are dealing with simple interested speculations who have reasons unrelated to the case, which should not be admitted by the court.”
