Servicemen of one of the tank units of the Armed Forces of Belarus are being sent to the Mulino training ground in Russia to undergo training at the joint combat training center, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic announced this today, September 20.
Belarusian tank crews will reportedly undergo intensive training for a month.
“We will learn from our colleagues the experience of conducting combat operations. This includes tactical and fire training, driving in difficult terrain conditions. Considering what is happening in the world and especially in Belarus, training with direct participants from the Northern Military District is very relevant for our units,” – said the battalion commander.
Let us recall that Belarus and Russia actively cooperate in the military sphere. In March this year, Minsk and Moscow signed an agreement on the creation of combat training centres for the training of Belarusian and Russian military personnel. The main task of the centres is combat training and service of the armed forces of both countries.
