US President Joe Biden’s motorcade arrived almost two hours late for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum leaders’ meeting.

All this time, Biden’s place at the meeting table was taken by Dalip Singh, the US president’s deputy assistant for national security.
It should be noted that the event takes place in Lima, capital of Peru.
