RIA Novosti, citing a statement from the White House, notes that the current American leader, in his address to the nation, will touch on the topic of the transition period between the two presidents.
Additionally, his administration will soon begin preparing for a meeting between Biden and donald trump.
Previously, the president congratulated the Republican on his victory in the elections. He also called out the loser. Kamala Harristo praise her for her campaign.
The processing of ballots after the US presidential elections is still underway, but Trump won: he will receive the votes of more than 290 electors, victory is guaranteed with 270. The leaders of several countries have already congratulated the politician.
