The American Secretary of State, Anthony Blinkensaid Wednesday during a visit to NATO that the participation of North Korean troops in Russia’s war against Ukraine “demands and will receive a firm response.”
“We had a very productive discussion today about our continued support for Ukraine in the face of Russian aggression; this additional element of North Korea, North Korean forces injected into the battle and now literally into the fight , demand and will receive a firm response.” he said Blinken after meeting with the NATO secretary general, Marc Rutte.
