Bloggers Valeria (Lerchek) and Artem Chekalin, as well as their business partner, were accused of withdrawing funds from Russia to the account of a non-resident and providing the currency control authorities with false documents on an especially large scale, organized by a group. This was reported by the press service of the Moscow Prosecutor’s Office on the Telegram channel.
“The relevant procedural documents were received by the prosecutor’s office of the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative districts,” – says the message.
A preventive measure will soon be chosen for them.

At the same time, contracts were concluded with foreign legal entities and the payment was transferred to accounts of a foreign bank.
The amount of funds withdrawn in just six months amounted to 250 million rubles. The houses and apartments of the bloggers, who divorced and divided their assets in May of this year, were searched. After interrogation, the former couple was arrested.
