JAKARTA – The National Agency for Combating Natural Disaster (BNPB) noted that a number of natural disasters had a significant impact in Indonesia. The disaster occurred within one day (24 hours), starting from July 12-13, 2025.
“During this period there were six new disasters,” the BNPB information and communication center, Abdul Mukhari, said in his official statement, the head of information about BNPB’s disaster.
The first report on the natural disaster was the drought that occurred in the Magagir region, the Baglen district, Purvorezho Regency, the central province of Java. In the area there is no pure water from the dry season.

The frequency of natural disaster in dry hydrometeorology also occurred in Toba Regency, the province of North Sumatra. The area of approximately 7 hectares burned on Friday (11/7). The fire was extinguished at 22:30.
In addition to fires, in other areas, namely in the area of the RaMPA, the Serdang Bedagay Regnsia, the Northern Sumatra, on Saturday there was rain, accompanied by a strong wind (12/7). The wind caused damage to the wind of 46 inhabitants, and 2 people were injured as a result of a building material affected by the wind.
