He noted that the participants in the Baku climate conference took up some articles of the Paris Agreement that had remained in a “deadlock” for 15 years.
“This is the beginning of carbon markets. Another thing is that each country is developing its own model. The basis for the formation of a mandatory market has been created,” Boris Titov concluded.
