The Autumn Fair continues in the Plaza de Madrid Sales and this Saturday afternoon it was the turn of a long-awaited bullfight in Victoriano del Río. It was performed by two of the winners of the last San Isidro: Fernando Adrian and Borja Jimenez.
Fernando Adrián opened the afternoon at the door of the pigsty, triumphantly receiving the first with a gayola holder. It continued with Medias Verónicas and ended with Chicuelinas Borja Jiménez. After the horse, Fernando Adrian started the task on the right, coming off a good series start. He decides to switch to the left peak, where it is more difficult for him to throw the bull and where it is difficult for him to connect each pass. Fernando Adrian greeted the third bull of the afternoon by Veronica Bas. The animal was in very good condition and charged the horse very well. The task started with disconnected muleta strokes and the wind started to get in the way, making the development of the task difficult. Little by little, the bull diminished, decreasing Fernando Adrian’s chances of victory more and more. He decided to shorten it by half a split. He was silenced.
Continuous Borja Jimenez with the fourth afternoon bull also a portagayola. He continued through the chicuelinas. It was not used on the horse or on the banderillas. The Sevillian got off to a superb start from the bottom to the right. He tried to get everything the animal had, but it was missing a lot of transmission, which prevented the task from going any further. The audience was very cold and didn’t finish getting to work. After seeing that the bull was not launching another attack, Borja Jiménez had no choice but to decide to shorten it. He missed the target with the sword.

Borja Jiménez once again said goodbye to the afternoon at the gate of the enclosure to say goodbye to the afternoon with portagayola. The Sevillian continued with loose Veronica tights.
