Of particular importance is Brazil’s participation in the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29) in Baku. Next year, the city of Bethlehem in Brazil will receive the witness of this large-scale event.

The representative of Brazil praised the level of organization of COP29 in Baku: “Everything, from transportation and logistics to the location of the event, surprises me. This is a good opportunity for us to discuss social opportunities and what we can do to protect nature.”
Brazil presented two stands at COP29, one in the Green zone and another in the Blue Zone. According to the coordinator, this is a great opportunity to learn from Azerbaijan and take advantage of their experience in Bethlehem next year.
