Britain’s Chargé d’Affaires was summoned to Iran’s Foreign Office in connection with London’s imposition of new sanctions against Tehran.

It should be noted that the Iranian Foreign Ministry assured the British diplomat that they will not leave London’s irrational behavior unanswered. The ministry also called the interference of some European states, including Britain, in Iran’s defense cooperation with other countries unacceptable.
