For a few days now, BTS idol Suga has been trending on social media and in some international media outlets due to his most recent drunk driving case in South Korea. As time goes by, the whole situation seems to be turning more toward the idol, as new witnesses, videos, and evidence appear that the artist always lied in his first statements.
On August 23, the idol was summoned to the Seoul main police station for further questioning. This time, Suga showed up at the Yongsan police station at 7:45 p.m. after completing his duties in the military, and it was reported that he completed his first investigation around 11 p.m.
After an exhausting and long interrogation of approximately 3 hours, Suga appeared before all the journalists who were waiting for him outside the police station. After leaving with a stern expression, the idol said:
“I am truly sorry. I deeply apologize to everyone for the pain and disappointment caused by my wrongdoings. I am very sorry for what I did and I will make sure that such an incident does not happen again. I apologize again to everyone who has supported me.”
After his words, Suga decided not to answer the questions asked by the journalists, as they only wanted to know if he drank only one beer, which he said, despite having a high concentration of alcohol in his blood, so much so that his license was suspended.
