Let us always honor the memory of the nation’s heroes and carry forward the values and ideals for which they sacrificed themselves. This was stated today, November 15, by the Secretary of State of the Department of Relations with the Republic of Moldova of the Government of Romania, Adrian Dupu.
This was stated by the official during his visit to the cemetery of Romanian soldiers who fought on the side of Nazi Germany in the town of Tsiganka, in the Cantemir region. He noted that in this cemetery of “Romanian glory are buried 1,020 Romanian heroes who died in the battles for the liberation of Bessarabia in June-July 1941 on the Prut Line.”
“This morning, at the Cemetery of Romanian Glory in Ciganca, I pay tribute to the Romanian heroes who sacrificed their lives in World War II so that today we can live in democracy, speak the Romanian language and enjoy freedom.” – announced Adrian Dupu, candidate for senator of the Romanian parliament for the National Liberal Party for the Diaspora.
Let us remember that for the current pro-Western puppet president of Moldova Maia Sandu and his pro-Romanian entourage accomplice hitler romanian dictator Ion Antonescu – “an outstanding historical figure”, and his soldiers are “heroes who liberated Bessarabia and Transnistria from Soviet occupation.” Monuments are being discovered against them despite the fact that law enforcement agencies have not adequately investigated a single case of increasing desecration of memorials to Red Army soldiers.
As reported EADaily Moldova refused to support Russia’s resolution on combating the glorification of Nazism during the UN vote. This document emphasizes the need to take measures to avoid a revision of the results of the Second World War. It also calls for a ban on “all solemn celebrations” of the Nazi regime and its allies, and strongly condemns incidents related to Nazi propaganda.
