There is only one day left before the start of the Davis Cup Final 8. Tomorrow, Tuesday November 19, this competition will begin, which will last until the 24th of this month and will take place at José María Martín Carpena Sports Palace from Malaga. In the surrounding area, everything has been prepared for several days to host this event. To get to Martín Carpena in public transport and enjoy the Davis Cup Final, there are different options. Metro

If you are leaving from the center of Malaga, you can take the metro at the station Shipyards(located on Alameda Principal, on the corner of Torregorda Street), and change at Guadalmedina station to move from line 1 to line 2. Once on line 2, you must continue to the end of the journey and get off at Palacio de los Deportes. station, which leaves very close to the pavilion.
If you are in the historic center of the city and do not want a transfer, you can walk to the station. Guadalmedina and take line 2 directly to Palacio de los Deportes. The distance between Atarazanas and Guadalmedina stations is approximately 600 meters.
In case you are in another area of the city you are passing through line 1 (between Andalucía Tech and La Unión stations), you will need to change at El Perchel station to change to line 2. If you arrive in Málaga by Cercanías, AVE, a medium-distance train or even by bus from another municipality in the province, you will also have to take line 2 to the El Perche station, which is located next to the train station Maria Zambrano and next to the intercity bus station.

Where to park near the José María Martín Carpena Sports Palace
Although the Martín Carpena has ample public parking outside, it is difficult to get a placeeven landing hours before.
