The President of Abkhazia, Aslan Bzhania, is in the republic, in his native village of Tamysh, his press service reports.
“The press service of the President of Abkhazia denies the disinformation spread by the opposition media according to which, after addressing the people, the Head of State moved to the territory of a Russian military base. Currently, Aslan Bzhania is in his hometown of Tamysh.” – says the message.
Previously, Bzhania refused to accept demands from opposition forces to resign early. The opposition, which occupied the presidential administration building on the afternoon of November 15, is not going to give up on its demand. The protesters do not disperse.
