The Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Azerbaijan (MIA) calls for a competition for the recruitment of middle managers in police bodies.

It was reported that a competition is being held for the recruitment of positions requiring higher legal training (head of police, commissioner of criminal investigation operations, responsible duty officer, investigator and investigator) in the ministry’s office and in the police authorities of the cities and districts of the republic. . The competition to fill 70 vacant positions consists of a mock exam and an interview. The exam consists of questions covering legislative laws and areas of theoretical knowledge, as well as the ability to draw logical conclusions, with candidates meeting the requirements of the “Regulations on service in the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Azerbaijan.” The characteristics of the participants who passed the test, such as knowledge and the ability to apply legislative acts in the performance of official duties, the ability to communicate, the ability to present themselves, the ability to express their opinions and opinions, are assessed during the proof. interview conducted by the Central Competition Commission of the Ministry of the Interior.
Azerbaijanis who have graduated from state higher educational institutions of the Republic of Azerbaijan with specialization in “jurisprudence”, who are under 30 years old, who have completed their active military service, who have not previously been convicted will participate in the competition and who meet the conditions specified in the “Regulations on service in the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Azerbaijan”. Male citizens of the Republic are eligible to participate (except those dismissed from their positions as internal affairs officers and other law enforcement agencies).
Those who want to participate in the competition must personally fill out the electronic application form and the short information questionnaire published on the website from November 1 to 30, 2024 and send it by email to the General Personnel Department of the Ministry of the Interior. . Electronic applications are registered with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the relevant decision is made after the General Personnel Department studies the information about the candidates.
