He Supreme Court once again agree with the general Diego Pérez de los Cobos and cancels another appointment made by the Minister of the Interior, Fernando Grande Marlaska. As OKDIARIO learned, the Contentious Chamber of the Supreme Court accepted the appeal of a senior official of the Civil Guard who was marginalized by the leadership of the PSOE and Sumar when he refused, as required by law, to report on a legal procedure opened to the then government delegate in Madrid, José Manuel Franco.

This is a Supreme Court decision that comes as Pérez de los Cobos approaches his retirement, scheduled for December.
