Liputan6.com, Jakarta – Plantation fund management agency (Bpdp) In collaboration with the Directorate General of Plantation of the Ministry of Agriculture a program will be held to produce human resources of palm oil plantation (PKS HR) in Pekan Baru, RIAU. The purpose, to increase the knowledge, skills, professionalism, freedom, and competitiveness of participants.
“We are happy to continue to cooperate with BPDP in implementing the Palm Oil Plantation HR Program (SDMPKS) over the last few years. This training provides concrete benefits, especially for our growers. We greatly support this activity so that benefits can be felt as farmers can be felt,” said the leader of the RIAU Provincial Plantation Office, Syahrial received on Wednesday (5/14/2025).
Syahrial expects that in the future farmers who are still standing can still be included in a stronger institution. Because by strengthening human resources, the planters will be taught in the leadership and science of communication related to increase capacity.
Meanwhile, PT Daya Guna Lestari (DGL) as a training partner has admitted that this year this year it has been the third time it has been conducting HR-PKS training. In total, there are 12 classes in the three provinces, especially RIAU, North Kalimantan and South Sumatra.
“This program is a tangible form of the Plantation Fund Management Agency’s promise and the Directorate General of Plantation of the Ministry of Agriculture in increasing the capacity of human resources in the plantation sector,” said the director of the DGL president, Gema Aliza Putra on a similar occasion.
“We believe that strong leadership and effective communication skills are the key to encouraging productivity, efficiency, and quality of human resources to different lines, both at the level of farmers, peasant groups, cooperatives, and other related agencies.” He added a signal.
