The government of Carlos Mazon will urgently approve this Monday to bring the amnesty law before the Constitutional Court (TC).
The plenary session of the Consell will meet this afternoon in an extraordinary manner to agree on the presentation before the Constitutional Court of an appeal against the Amnesty Lawas confirmed by sources from the Valencian government.
The President of the Valencian Executive will meet his advisors this Monday 5 p.m. then he will appear in the Gothic patio of the Palau de la Generalitat.
He Legal Consulting Council (CJC) gave the Consell the green light on August 24 to present the appeal of unconstitutionality against the amnesty law, considering that “there are sufficient arguments” for the Constitutional Court to rule.
Mazón made progress in statements to the media collected by Efe that the decision to appeal is taken “with all the consequences and seeking equality in the rule of law and before the courts of all Spaniards.”
