Drivers have been observed driving their cars without front number plates in Mingachevir city.

The video showed that VAZ-2106 cars with license plate 10-HC-955, Opel with license plate 10-NY-322, VAZ-2109 with license plate 10-DZ-743 and license plate 02-BZ-994 were driving on city streets without front license plates.
