According to the latest data from the report on poverty in Navarra, Castejón is in a very unfavorable situation compared to other municipalities in the community.
The data shows that the income per capita in Castejón This is 11,288.86 euros per person, well below the Navarrese average. Regarding the net income per consumption unit, the inhabitants of Castejón receive one of the lowest in Navarre, with 16,868 euros, and the average income per household barely reaches 32,000 euros.
These figures reflect an alarming situation, with a poverty risk rate of 40.10%affecting almost half of the population, and a risk of extreme poverty rate of 22.11%.
