Champions League: Barcelona returns empty-handed from trip

The first round of the UEFA Champions League group stage has concluded.

Oku.Az reports that six matches were played on the last day of the first round.

“Barcelona” met “Monaco” on the road. In the 10th minute of the match, Barça was in the minority and in the end left the field defeated by 2-1.

In addition, Red Star lost at home to Benfica by 1:2.

Both goals for the guests were scored by Turkish footballers Kerem Aktürkoğlu and Orkun Kökçü.

Bayer Leverkusen scored four goals without reply against Feyenoord. Florian Virtz scored twice.

In other matches of the day, Atlético de Madrid beat Leipzig with a goal in the last minute, Brest beat Sturm Graz by the same score (2-1).

No goals were scored in the Atalanta-Arsenal match: 0-0.
