De la Fuente will take part in the ministerial meeting IV Chinese forum-community of Latin American and Caribbean states (CELAC) This will take place on May 13 in the city of Beijing, where attendance Luis Inasio Lula da Silva from Brazil; Gustavo Petro From Colombia and Gabriel Borich Chile.
