Chief prosecutors of Azerbaijan and Russia signed a memorandum of understanding

Prosecutors General of Azerbaijan and Russia Kamran Aliyev and Igor Krasnov signed a memorandum of understanding at the Eastern Economic Forum.

“The memorandum will provide an opportunity to intensify the exchange of experience in the field of organizing the work of the prosecutor’s offices of Azerbaijan and Russia, as well as to fully contribute to combating threats to peace and security,” Krasnov said.

He noted that the relations between the prosecutors’ offices of the two countries are multifaceted and constructive, based on mutual respect and consideration of interests.

Krasnov also confirmed his readiness to develop a complex of bilateral relations and coordinate efforts to neutralize transnational criminal threats on major international platforms, including the UN and the CIS.
