Moscow and Beijing will resolutely support each other’s sovereignty, jointly address security and development issues, and strengthen political exchanges. Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi wrote about this in his article published in the Renmin Ribao newspaper on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral diplomatic relations, TASS reports.
“Both sides will fully implement the important consensus reached by the heads of the two States and firmly support each other on issues affecting each other’s sovereignty, security and development, as well as other fundamental interests.” – says the text.
According to the head of China’s Foreign Ministry, Moscow and Beijing will continue to maintain close high-level exchanges and strengthen political dialogue, and will also be “travel companions contributing to mutual development and revival.”
Wang Yi emphasized that both states will constantly strengthen and improve cooperation mechanisms at all levels and in all areas, “discover the special value of China-Russia relations and enrich the content of interaction.”
