THE Secretary General of the Socialist Party of Navarre and member of the Federal Committee of the PSOE, María Chivitedelivered a speech empty of content and pure following Pedro Sanchez at the PSOE Federal Committee, on a day when the socialist barons autonomous communities have disfigured the Government agreements with Catalan independence supporters for an economic agreement that is unsupportive and unconstitutional and harms the rest of the communities in Spain.
