JAKARTA – The overflow of water in the Silivung River caused three houses of residents to Jalan Slamat Riyadi IV, RT 08/RW 04, Kebon Manggis, Matraman, East Jakarta (Eastern Dzhakarta). The mattraman head of the district, Bambang Pangest explained that the fast flow of the river caused soil erosion.
“The landslide was from the Earth’s erosion after overflowing the Kilivang River, which occurred on Sunday July 6, 2025,” Bambang said when it was confirmed in the eastern Jakarta on Thursday (10.10.2025).
The landslide, which occurred on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, influenced 24 people who occupied three houses. Fortunately, this incident did not cause victims.
“Three residents of the injured house were evacuated to the nearest empty house and garage of the house. No one was moved, he was only evacuated to a neighbor’s house, ”he said.
