For the weekend and the first half of next week in Moscow, cloudy weather is forecast, without precipitation and temperatures of up to 8 degrees, Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Russian Hydrometeorological Center, told RIA Novosti.
“Over the weekend and the first half of next week, the pressure in Moscow will be above normal. “It follows that no significant precipitation should be expected… At the same time, everyone knows very well that with high pressure there are few clouds, but this has nothing to do with this weekend,” – Vilfand said.
According to him, air masses are now moving along the periphery of the anticyclone, from the northwest they are saturated with water vapor, so the weather will be cloudy.
“It’s a shame because November and December are the gloomiest months, the cloudiest, and when the high pressure zone forms everyone expects there to be sun, but now it won’t.” – added the meteorologist.
He added that the temperature will be high. The minimum values in Moscow at night are 1-3 degrees, during the day – 6-8 degrees, in the Moscow region – up to 9.
The meteorologist pointed out that this background temperature will be approximately 4 degrees higher than normal, which corresponds to the norm in mid-October.
