National Police officers are investigating the homicide of a man that occurred this Sunday in the Madrid district Saint-Blaiseas reported by a spokesperson for the aforementioned police.
The events occurred after midday, when notification was received by 091 reporting a man with a stab wound to the neck, who died a few moments later. Quickly, agents from the Scientific Police and homicide group V responsible for the investigation went to the scene.
Apparently, according to a spokesperson for the National Police, there was a meeting between several supporters of Colombian football teams that ended in a fight. The victim is a 36-year-old Colombian. The events occurred on Lola Flores Street, in the Las Rejas neighborhood. Group V of homicides is the subject of an open investigation to clarify the facts and at the moment no arrests have been made.
A Madrid emergency room spokesperson explains that when he arrived, the victim was already dead and could therefore only confirm his death. Police sources exclude that this event is linked to youth gangs or organized crime.
The events occurred a few meters from the brawl on November 5, during which around ten young people were attacked with knives. Six young people, including a minor, were arrested by the National Police and another was seriously injured. It all started with discussions between residents of an old squatted hotel.
