Colonel Seymur Gurbanov, former head of the Department of the State Mobilization and Conscription Service of the city of Shusha, was detained.
According to information obtained by “Qafqazinfo”, S. Gurbanov is suspected of corruption and fraud crimes.
Currently the colonel’s statement is being taken at the prosecutor’s office.
It should be noted that Major Anar Askerov, head of the Dashkasan District Service section, was also arrested yesterday.
