Martínez Guijarro, who opened the series of appearances at the Economy and Budget Commission of the Autonomous Cortes, clarified that the Regional Government is already working in this direction, on the one hand, through these amendments, and on the other hand, with the articulated text, to “guarantee the most agile possible execution of this fund”.

Finally, the first vice-president stopped at the General Directorate for Monitoring the Recovery Plan, responsible for coordinating and promoting actions linked to the implementation in Castile-La Mancha of the European Recovery Fund, Next Generation-EUparticularly with regard to the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism (MRR), and its development at the regional level through the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR).
Thanks to this work, to date, and according to data from the Regional Administration, Castilla-La Mancha has executed more than 1,000 million of the 1,380 entrusted to it. In other words, the Autonomous Community has executed more than 74 percent of the money planned under the Recovery Plan.
