The trial of former FIFA president Joseph Blatter and UEFA president Michel Platini is due to take place in March 2025.
Oku.AzPlatini’s lawyer, Dominique Nellen, told AFP.
He said the proceedings before the Court of Appeal of the Swiss Federal Criminal Court should continue from March 3 to 25.
It should be noted that on November 2, 2021, the Swiss Federal Prosecutor’s Office charged Blatter and Platini with the illegal payment of 2 million Swiss francs (approximately $2.2 million) to Platini by FIFA. They were also charged with fraud, breach of trust and dishonest management.
