The court refused to satisfy the investigator’s request to choose a preventive measure in the form of detention in relation to the individual entrepreneur Yulia Tsarskaya, the owner of the mission, during which the visitor received a gunshot wound. This was reported by the joint press service of the Moscow courts of general jurisdiction on the Telegram channel.

Preventive measure was taken against the actor who shot the girl with a target in the form of a ban on certain actions for a period of 1 month and 29 days.

“According to the investigation, the person involved in the case, a local actor, used an empty gun during the mission “The Last Excursion” and shot at the victim, causing a gunshot wound,” – says the message.

Actor Vladislav Ivanenko accused of providing services that do not meet safety requirements.
