The new unique edition of Alta Expresion, Covap’s luxury brand, exclusive and limited to the Luxury Collection 2024, available from November, is composed of seven lots different, composed of 100% Iberian acorn-fed products.
The jewel of this collection is the 100% Iberian Bellota ham Alta Expresion protected designation of origin Los Pedroches, vintage 2020. Only 452 pieces weighing between 8 and 9 kilos each, specially selected by the master ham makers of Alta Expresion, who rested slowly for more than 50 months in their wineries natural and which benefit from the Los Pedroches Designation of Origin, constitute this lot par excellence.
Authenticity
Each ham carries a certificate of authenticity and a tamper-proof seal with which the customer can discover the traceability and origin of each piece.
