A 47-year-old cyclist from Mallén has died early this Thursday morning after being hit by a car. The accident occurred on the N232, km 293, in the municipality of Mallén, at 7:40 a.m.
The driver of the vehicle involved in the accident was not injured. The Civil Guard, present at the time of the accident, carried out the necessary alcohol and drug checks, giving both negative results.

The deceased had lived in the commune for over 18 years with his family and was much loved by his neighbours.He had very good relations with everyone, he was involved in the activities of the city. He and his family are very good people.” said the mayor.
The Zaragoza Road Safety Investigation Unit is investigating the causes of the accident.
