Czech police have stopped a van with 30 illegal immigrants near Prague, the Czech police press service reported on Monday, September 2.
“At kilometer 18 of the D8 highway, a foreign truck was stopped which, according to preliminary information, was transporting about 30 foreigners hidden in a semi-trailer. They added that the truck was most likely carrying “migrants in transit” who were supposed to move to another EU country.
There was also one dead person in the vehicle, Izvestia said. Several other migrants were in poor health.
