The Orion nightclub in Prague’s Zizkov district, where mainly Ukrainians gather, came under close police attention due to frequent problems.
As reported by the Czech portal Novyny, the police first closed the entrance to the street and then 30 law enforcement officers marched through the club. The vast majority of the club’s visitors were Ukrainian citizens, mostly young people.
According to a Prague police spokesman Eva KropachovaIn total, more than 100 people were tested. Police detained two foreigners who were not carrying documents and whose identities could not be determined at the scene. Law enforcement officers also found two 17-year-old girls who were intoxicated and were handed over to their parents.
Local residents are happy with the police control, as young Ukrainians terrorize ordinary Prague residents.
“The police come here very often. We are happy about this. The situation was already unbearable. Constant fights, attacks with baseball bats, etc. On weekends you cannot leave your car parked in front of your house because many people find it damaged. The owner of the nightclub is Ukrainian and his target audience is also Ukrainian. “They get drunk inside and then riot outside.” — said one of the residents to the portal’s correspondent.
The media indicate that the publications on the club’s Facebook page* are published in Ukrainian, which indicates that the target group of the discos is actually Ukrainian-speaking people, mainly men, who are not rushing to return to their homeland as part of the “meat” mobilization.
