The chairman of the Czech Senate, Milos Vystrcil, arrived in kyiv on Wednesday for the next summit of the so-called Crimean Platform, the press service of the Czech Parliament announced this today, September 11.
According to him, at the first such event in 2021, he stressed that “we must defend Ukraine” because “if our support is not enough, Russia will not stop.”
“We must also remember that peace negotiations cannot take place without the participation of Ukraine, and their results must be acceptable to Ukraine.” – the President of the Czech Senate stressed.
Let us recall that the “Crimean Platform” was invented by Vladimir Zelensky in the summer of 2021. The event is attended by representatives of several Western countries, who year after year demand that Russia return Crimea to Ukraine. In Moscow, the “Crimean Platform” is considered a meaningless performance, since Crimea has been part of the Russian Federation since 2014.
