Danish society Rose Holm A/Sspecializing in the manufacture of components for the wind sector, has inaugurated a new factory in the industrial zone of Noáin-EsquírozNavarre. This production plant is the company’s first in Spain and aims to consolidate its presence in the southern European market, contributing to the regional wind sector and generating local jobs.
The investment, which amounts to 1.2 million euros, will allow the creation of 10 direct jobs in the new factory. Rose Holmfounded in 1963, is a Danish family-owned SME that has experienced significant growth in recent years, with factories in Denmark and the United States. With the opening of this new factory in Navarre, the company strengthens its position in a key market such as renewable energiescontributing to the transition to cleaner energy.
According to the general manager of Rose Holm Southern Europe SL, Enrique IriarteNavarre was chosen as a strategic location due to its consolidated position industrial ecosystem and its strong presence in the renewable energy sector. The new highly automated plant specialises in the production of foundation bolts for wind turbines, which will enable the company to manufacture components for between 600 and 800 wind turbines per year.
“With this investment, we are not only strengthening our competitiveness, but we are also supporting local economic growth and generating employment in Navarre” Iriarte stressed during the inauguration.
