Dave Coulier welcomes a new family member: In an interview, the “Full House” star made the birth of his grandson the public.
Family growth in Dave Coulier, 65: The actor has become a grandfather for the first time he revealed in an interview with “Parade”. According to this, his son Luc (34) and his wife Alex received a boy on March 27. “We’re so excited,” said the “Full House” star. “My son and his wife live in California, so we go there several times to see the little boy,” he revealed about his future baby visits with his wife Melissa.
The functioning star wants to pass on his interests to grandchildren
For Coulians, there is happy news in difficult times. Last November, he published his cancer diagnosis in public, which he received a month earlier. The director and acting star had a non-hodgin lymphoma in the third phase. In the interview “Parade” he reported he had completed his chemotherapy in February. Now he is still waiting for computed tomography to show if his cancer is “in the rearview mirror”. “Today is the first day when I really have the feeling: ‘Wow, I feel damn good. I feel like myself,” he said of his constitution too.
In November 2024 he was also positive in an interview with the magazine “People”. There is “a lot that you can look forward to,” Coulier said, also said his grandchildren, who were now born. He looks forward to passing on his enthusiasm for things like hockey and planes. “They say the apple is not far from the trunk. My son Luc plays hockey three days a week. When he was still baby, I took him to fly, now he is a pilot at FedEx,” he led to his son. He got this with his ex-wife Jayne Fashionan, 67, which he married from 1990 to 1992. With his current wife Melissa he said yes in 2014.
