A week after the disaster, first aid arrives in Valencia for those affected by DANA. The Generalitat, which on Monday asked the government of Pedro Sánchez for a first package of contributions of 31,400 million euros, opened this Tuesday the deadline for all people who have lost goods and essential objects to be able to request a direct subsidy of 6,000 euros per accommodation. .
People who own a home located in one of the zones can benefit. the municipalities affected by the storm and whose contents have been seriously damaged. Only one request for assistance per accommodation can be submitted. and will be compatible with other aid granted by the Spanish government.
Citizens who will be able to benefit from this aid are those belonging to the municipalities of Alaquàs, Albal, Albalat de la Ribera, Alborache, Alcàsser, l’Alcúdia, Aldaia, Alfafar, Alfarb, Algemesí, Alginet, Almussafes, Alzira, Benetússer. , Benicull de , Paiporta, Paterna, Pedralba, Picanya, Picassent, Polinyà de la Valldigna, Torrent, Turís, Utiel, València, Vilamarxant, Xirivella and Yátova.
In case of extension of the municipalities concernedthe end of the submission deadline will be determined in the resolution issued for this purpose.
At the time of filing the application, the applicant must provide the legal title that allows you to use the house or document with probative value of residence in the accommodation concerned, as well as the responsible declaration of the exact address of the accommodation concerned and the cadastral reference. You must also present the bank account number (IBAN) to which you want the payment to be made.
The deadline to access this helpline will be open from this Tuesday until December 16 and it can be processed through the website of the Generalitat Valenciana or in person in the post-emergency coordination offices created by the regional executive or in the offices preferably authorized in the locality where the outbreak is located.
The aid request can also be submitted by attaching a certificate from the town hall of the municipality where the accommodation is located in which he states: identification of the residence where the applicant resided, specifying that it was seriously damaged by the storm, the applicant’s identification data (surname, first name and identity document), the identification of the people who lived with the applicant in the household (to avoid duplication) and the legal title or document with probative value of residence in the accommodation concerned, as well as the direct debit form.
