In the Bilasuvar district, the presentation of the investigative body of the accused in the death of a minor was considered.
According to APA information, the Bilasuvar District Court imposed a preventive measure of two months of house arrest on Nargiz Imanova, known in the district as a thief.
Relatives of the minor said they will appeal the decision to a higher authority.
It should be noted that on September 7, a resident of Bilasuvar district, Nazrin Emin Gizi Gubadli, born in 2022, died during the manipulation of her bones by a folk medicine practitioner.
According to investigations, strong suspicions were established that N. Gubadli died of neglect due to painful shock caused by pressure applied to the surface of the body.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated at the Bilasuvar District Prosecutor’s Office under article 124.1 of the Criminal Code (murder) and a preliminary investigation is underway.
