A training camp for servicemen of territorial troops will be held in the Kamenets district of the Brest region of Belarus, the Ministry of Defence of the Republic announced this today, September 2.
The meeting will take place from 3 to 27 September.
“The purpose of the fundraising is to improve the capabilities of district executive committee officials in training military units of territorial troops and those responsible for military service to perform the planned tasks,” – says the message.
The department said that the training camp will include the reception of territorial troops subject to military service, as well as their comprehensive support using the resources of the local mobilization deployment base. The restoration of the skills of command personnel in managing subordinates will also be practiced. Another goal of the training camp will be to prepare those who are subject to military service to perform tasks in accordance with military specialties and job assignments.
It should be noted that training sessions with territorial troops subject to military service are regularly held in Belarus. Thus, in August, training sessions were held with those subject to military service for territorial defence in the Moskovsky district of Minsk.
