“Civilians died as a result of military crimes committed by Armenia.”
The “Report” reports that this was stated by Deputy Minister of Defense, Director General Agil Gurbanov, at the “High-level Seminar on International Rules in the Management of Military Operations” (SWIRMO), held in Baku on October 7.
According to him, Armenia has committed war crimes continuously for 30 years:
“The civilian population, infrastructure, gardens and schools were attacked for military purposes. Armenia does not provide information about the four thousand Azerbaijanis who have been missing for 30 years.”
A. Gurbanov said that the mines laid by Armenia in the region are a threat:
“After the Tripartite Declaration of November 10, 2020, 379 landmine victims died. At the same time, more than 156,000 unexploded ordnance were found in the liberated areas. The mine maps presented by Armenia are inaccurate.”
