Oku.Az It reports that this statement was made by Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, leader of the Armenian opposition movement “Tavush for the Fatherland.”
Bagrat Galstanyan emphasized that currently the Prosecutor General’s Office of Armenia should initiate criminal proceedings in two cases:
“The second demand is to initiate a criminal case related to the decision of the constitutional court. Therefore, the provisions on the declaration of independence in the Constitution have been declared illegal.”
